Forensic Medical Management Services of Texas began operations in Tyler in 2012.  It currently provides forensic services to the citizens of over 22 counties in East Texas.  Our forensic laboratory is located on Highway 155 North.

Tyler, Texas is a center for advanced healthcare having four hospitals and a Level I trauma center.  FMMS of Texas is considered an integral part of the healthcare system.

Tyler is considered the Rose Capital of the world and home to the annual Texas Rose Festival. In amongst the beautiful, lush East Texas trees, Tyler also hosts a breathtaking Azalea and Spring Flower Trail each year in the spring that people come to see from all over the world. Tyler is also surrounded by numerous beautiful lakes.

Tyler and Smith County is also the home to many actors, singers, and athletes such as actress Sandy Duncan, musician Miranda Lambert, singer/songwriter Paul Baloche, and NFL Running Back Earl Campbell to name a few.
